The last jutsu is done by having Sharingan on and press X at max Chakra while blocking attacks (can fail sometimes).

#1: Press X at max Chakra
#2: *I THINK Press Down + X while being attacked
#3: Press X while close to the opponent in to air
#4: Press X + Up
#5: Activate Sharingan (Back + X), and press X at full Chakra while being attacked.

you need to have the 20% of missions for all the other characters and 40% for kakashi, including the S-Rank mission. When you have all of that, do the S-Rank mission again.
