the light beam is in the same room as the dark beam but dark aether version right? never was sure

Yes.
Does this your walkthroughs get 100% items?
Besides killing things that are weak to Light & Dark energy, they open light and dark doors, open light and dark portals, and can energize light beacons/crystals, and crystals that move things.
what’s the function of the dark and light beam?
it still escapes me why the developers put why in a whole parallel world in the game that hurts you. just why????, i guess that metroid for ya
In MP1 a silver credit. But it also unlocks more extras to buy.
What do you get from scanning everything?
By collecting all the items.

after you grab the darkburst the flying space pirates will show you up if you shoot the darkburst at one of the space pirates itll suck them in and spit them out in the dark world lol

and if you have screw attack jump double jump then screw attack youll land on the ledge i dunno if theres another way to get on that ledge but thats how i did it… afterwards theres a door go through it therell be a tunnel go through that tunnel and through the door at other ened there will be a locked door and a teleport go through the teleport *requires light beam*
after in light world go through the door then the tunnel and out the other door dark burst will be sitting in front of you after
oh and also the room hes in at 0:31-1:43 has the missile upgrade for the annihalator sonic boom… also!! in dark agon wastes you find the darkburst missile upgrade first you have to go to light realm…. once you get to a place called mining station b figure out a way to open the portal *behind the denzium wall is a light door* once in dark realm for that room youll go to a place called training grounds…. in the very corner is an ing pod… dont destroy it

Using the Light Beam on the shields make its effect last longer
If it’s a beacon, the Dark Beam will disable it till you shoot it again. If it’s a light crystal, I think it just temporarily disables it. I’m not sure, cause I never do that cause it’s pointless. And as little sense as it makes, shooting a beacon or crystal with the Annihilator will cause the light half of the shot energize it, while the dark half attracts the Ing.
What happens if you shoot it with the Dark & Annihilator?
Well for one thing, if you energize it with the Light Beam, it lasts twice as long, and any dark enemy that stumbles into the field of light gets incinerated. I wish it replenished Samus’ health twice as fast though. Oh well.
You know those shields in the Dark World where they produce fields of Light against that world?
