Mario kart Wii Review 9.5/10
here is my personal review of mario kart wii. Check here for ratings and overall score. Graphics – Graphics are smooth and wellr endered, but super smash bros brawl has a little better graphics than Mk wii. 8/10 gameplay – Gameplay is addictive and i can see this game being in my wii for weeks and weeks to come. Has great replayability. 10/10 Wifi – its flawless, easily the smoothest running wifi game for wii. upto 12 players can play Mk wii wifi at a time with out the slightest of lag. 10/10 Controls – there is something for all. wether your a veteran at mk wii or a noob. control methods are out there and atleast one will suit you perfectly. 9.5/10 overall – 9.5/10

Mario Kart Wii has some very dramatic lighting effects. Texture detail is lacking, but not a priority. Shadows could be more realistic, but also not a priority. Framerate is NTSC 60 fps HD standard and, although the game runs smoothly, can cause clipping and isn’t really necessary because of the vehicles being relatively slow for a racing game. Energy and water effects cause no slowdown, sprite usage is limited to the far background, and rendering is stable. 8/10.

9.5/10??? wow your not very good at rating games. Try more like 7.5/10, this game is just a rehash with barley any changes, gamecube graphics, and most of the tracks are lame.

sure I guess, hopefully for the N64 battle course they pick Big Donut because I can just tell the next Mario Kart’s gonna be portable, then the next one after THAT one, we’ll have Double Decker left

yeah i always got mad at this game…I played the original Super Mario Kart…nevermind that shit..maybe it’s because I’m playing an emulator on my computer and it’s meant for an actual control? but still…no wonder the Rainbow Road on there is supposed to be “hard”…it’s because the controls suck! if they put the SNES Rainbow Road on the Wii, it would’ve been really easy.
They’re thinking of the future. Future Mario Kart games with classic courses will have the good ones this one left out!
Gives you something to look forward to.

i agree with you perfectly 25mario52 this game is by far deserving of atleast a 9/10 and everyone hates battle mode now but all my friends love it so i dont get wut the big deal is
oh yeah, and I’m totally with you about them putting ANOTHER desert place, but that’s not the worst one, the worst was them putting FOUR Mario Circuits! yepp, four, N64, SNES, Gamecube, and Wii, all Mario Circuits. then they re-did 2 Bowser’s Castle’s, so there’s three of those! I mean before the game was out everywhere else I knew DK’s Jungle Parkway was in, and Sherbet Land and Mario Raceway, and then Bowser’s Castle is the final one…huh? it’s a classic, but we’ve already got other ones..
well now that they picked a bunch of really boring places, now they’ve got good places to pick next, maybe they’ll pick the N64 Double Decker for the battle course in the NEXT Mario Kart. and maybe they’ll pick a better Double Dash battle course, seriously, Cookie Land?
